ADULATE TERMS OF SERVICE

By  using Adulate (“the Service”), provided by MAKE Entertainment, Inc.,  you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Adulate  lets you follow artists on Spotify, receive push notifications shortly  before their new releases, and pre-save upcoming releases to your  Spotify library. The Service uses the Spotify Web API and requires you  to authorize Adulate via Spotify OAuth.

Adulate  is not endorsed by, affiliated with, or sponsored by Spotify AB.  “Spotify” and the Spotify logo are trademarks of Spotify AB.

Your use of Spotify content within Adulate is also governed by theSpotify Terms of Serviceand theSpotify Developer Policy. You must have a valid Spotify account to use Spotify-dependent features (search, follow, pre-save).

• Do not attempt to scrape, redistribute, or commercialize Spotify content obtained through the Service.
• Do not use the Service to violate any applicable law or third-party right.
• Do not interfere with or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service.

You  are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend or  terminate access for violations of these Terms or applicable Spotify  policies.

The  Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not  guarantee that pre-save or notification delivery will be uninterrupted  or error-free.

To  the maximum extent permitted by law, MAKE Entertainment, Inc. is not  liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages  arising from your use of the Service.

We may modify these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
