Adulate is operated by MAKE Entertainment, Inc. (“Adulate”, “we”, “us”). Contact: info@makeent.com.
We do not sell your data, do not use it for advertising profiling, and do notaggregate Spotify content into a competing dataset.
Artist names, album names, cover art, and release dates shown in Adulate are provided by Spotify via the Spotify Web API and remain the property of Spotify and the respective rights-holders. We display this content unmodified, with attribution back to Spotify, and we do not cache or store audio.
We share data only with the processors required to run the service: Spotify (for OAuth and Web API calls you initiate), our authentication and database provider, and OneSignal (for push notifications). We do not share data with anyone else.
We keep your account and follow data until you delete your account or revoke Spotify access. You can disconnect Spotify at any time from the app, which deletes the stored OAuth tokens.
You can request access, export, correction, or deletion of your data by emailing info@makeent.com. You can also revoke Adulate's access to your Spotify account at any time at spotify.com/account/apps.
OAuth tokens are stored encrypted on the server. Database access is restricted by row-level security so each user can only access their own records.
Adulate is not directed to children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction).
We may update this policy. Material changes will be posted here with a new “Last updated” date.
